This is a structured, facilitated circle that combines grounded physical practices, honest conversation, and relational support. It is specifically designed for male-identifying participants who may struggle to access more traditional grief support settings. This is not therapy, and it’s not a lecture. Participants are invited into a safe, respectful space where they can engage grief directly—through the body, through presence, and through connection with other men. The aim is to reduce isolation, increase emotional regulation, and build resilience. There is no charge for participating.
