-Understand the grief process: Gain knowledge about the stages and impacts of grief on emotional and physical health.
-Develop coping skills: Learn new techniques to manage personal feelings and reduce stress, such as during the holidays.
-Support others: Acquire skills to effectively relate to and support grieving individuals, friends, or family members.
-Build community: Connect with others who are experiencing similar losses in a supportive environment.
