Audrey Schoen is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and certified Relational Life Therapist based in Roseville. For over ten years, she’s worked with individuals and couples carrying the weight of high-stress, high-stakes lives, including first responders and the relationships that hold them up. Certified in Brainspotting and Accelerated Resolution Therapy, she specializes in helping people process what doesn’t fit neatly into words. Her approach is grounded, direct, and built for people who don’t have the luxury of falling apart.
