Lymphatic Drainage Workshop

During this small workshop, Yaritza will teach you about dry brushing for the whole body and face. Each person will also be given a small jar of lotion to use at home for their practice.
Yaritza Millan offers Lymph Massage, which works with the water in the body. It is very gentle, allowing for the lymph nodes to release toxins in the body and supports the digestive system. It improves immune function, blood circulation, tissue regeneration, reduces swelling, puffiness and water retention. Water holds memory, we are water beings and cleansing our vessel is essential.
