As the holiday season fast approaches, so will the commercials on television showing family and friends gathering around the table in a room full of joy and laughter. But unfortunately, for many individuals and families who are grieving the loss of a loved one, the holiday season may not have the same meaning.
Learning to cope and develop strategies to embrace the holiday seasons is important. This seminar will explore ways to soften the impact that the holiday season can present.
