Having emotions is part of being a human being and it’s normal to have them. \nThe way we react or feel towards events or circumstances can have a huge impact in the way we deal with other people\, and to a greater extent\, the way we live our lives. But just because this is a reality\, doesn’t mean there is nothing we can do about it. In this workshop\, we discuss healthy ways to manage and process your feelings. \nAll you need to bring is yourself\, in whatever emotional state you may be at that moment.
